Downstairs there is a well equipped kitchen diner and living room with views to the sea and mountains beyond. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and bathroom.
Outside there is plenty of parking space as well as a garden which surrounds the house and includes a built in barbeque and patio area, all with stunning views across to Snowdonia and Cardigan Bay.

Conditions:
~ Price includes gas, electricity and bedding. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.
~ Friday to Friday bookings.
~ No pets.
~ Families only, no children under 7 years of age. No more than 4 people to sleep in the house.
~ Open Easter - October.
~ The house is available after 3pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
~ Please leave the house in the same state as you find it. Please inform the owner if anything is broken or missing immediately so steps can be taken to put things right.
~ If cancelling your booking, please ring the owner as soon as possible - cancellations within one week of arrival may be charged in full.
