The open garden and patio to the rear of the property is an ideal spot for a BBQ and for relaxing in the pine furniture whilst catching the last of the sun’s rays as it sets over the picturesque hills of Yr Eifl (the Rivals).

Internally the bungalow is in very good decorative order and has fitted carpets throughout. The very useful utility room was recently built to cater for the increased number of sports people visiting the area and the need to safely store equipment.

All amenities in this property are on the ground floor therefore it is suitable for guests with restricted mobility.

The Accommodation:

An entrance hall with storage heater. Electricity is provided by a £1.00 coin meter.

A cosy lounge with colour television, DVD and CD music stereo.

The fitted kitchen diner has been refurbished with new units and a tiled floor. The amenities include a Neff oven and hob with an extractor hood. Also included is a kettle, microwave, iron, fridge/freezer and all cooking utensils and crockery.

Bryn Penmaen has a utility room with an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.

A private and secluded stone patio with garden furniture is situated at the rear of the property.

The main bedroom has a double bed with pine furniture. Two single beds are in the second bedroom.

The bathroom is tiled and is fitted with a pedestal wash-basin, bath and low level W.C.

Towels, duvet covers, sheets and pillowslips will be needed by guests. Linen can be provided on request at a £6.00, to include duvet cover, bed sheet and two pillow cases.

For Your Information:

	Your telephone booking will be held for 4 days.

	Please send off your booking form 1st class mail, with the deposit of £100.

	In the event of cancellation within 14 days of the booked date, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit if we are unable to re-let the property.

	Bookings made less than 4 weeks before the starting date of the holiday should be accompanied by the full payment.

	When we receive your booking form and deposit, we will send you a confirmation of booking.

	Cheques should be made payable to Owena Jones.

	It is not necessary for you to fill all the beds in the property you choose, but for self catering the price will be the same if there are only 3 people in a property sleeping 6. If you are booking two separate properties, please complete a booking form for each.
