The self contained wing of this country house comes with it’s own renovated pre Roman look-out tower, private patio, teak garden furniture with BBQ and a unique aerial view of Cardigan Bay and St Tudwal’s Islands.

Modern amenities are tastefully blended with family antiques and water colour paintings of the locality provide an interesting introduction to some of the many areas of outstanding beauty found on the Llŷn Peninsula.

All the rooms have been modernised and completely refurbished throughout, the
bathroom has a newly installed Jacuzzi with plenty of room for two! Private parking and entrance is available to the rear of the main house. All furnishings and décor are of the highest standard, the property is therefore unsuitable for pets.

This property does not have disabled access.

The Accommodation:

A spacious split level dining room/lounge with a colour television, DVD and CD music centre. The formal dining table seats six and the lounge has tasteful soft furnishings.

The fully fitted solid wood kitchen has a Neff oven, separate hob, microwave,
dishwasher, fridge, automatic washing machine, toaster, kettle and iron. The worktop
and unit space is extensive in this well equipped kitchen and is fully supplied with
cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.

Downstairs toilet and hand basin.

Hall and landing with stripped pine staircase leading off to four bedrooms and a further bathroom.

Master double bedroom with antique furnishings and pedestal washbasin.

Further double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and dressing table.

Two single rooms, the first furnished in antique pine and the second in more traditional furnishings.

The bathroom has a power shower, Jacuzzi bath (with outstanding views!), low level WC, washbasin and heated shower rail.

A private patio with its own Roman Tower and panoramic views provides an ideal setting for BBQ with the chiminea and teak garden furniture.

Constant hot water is included in the cost along with all additional electricity.

Continental quilts and two pillows are provided for all beds. However, sheets, pillowslips, quilt covers and towels need to be provided by the guests. Linen can be provided on request at a £6.00, to include duvet cover, bed sheet and two pillow cases.

For Your Information:

	Your telephone booking will be held for 4 days.

	Please send off your booking form 1st class mail, with the deposit of £100.

	In the event of cancellation within 14 days of the booked date, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit if we are unable to re-let the property.

	Bookings made less than 4 weeks before the starting date of the holiday should be accompanied by the full payment.

	When we receive your booking form and deposit, we will send you a confirmation of booking.

	Cheques should be made payable to Owena Jones.

	It is not necessary for you to fill all the beds in the property you choose, but for self catering the price will be the same if there are only 3 people in a property sleeping 6. If you are booking two separate properties, please complete a booking form for each.
