Both the mountains and the bay can be viewed from the comfort of the luxurious
lounge in Penmaen Bach. The house has been refurbished throughout and offers the convenience of having two bathrooms.

Due to its location and comfort this property is usually reserved well in advance and is especially popular with golfers and we therefore, recommend making an early booking. As the house is surrounded by open countryside there is ample parking for cars and
boats on trailers.

This property does not have disabled access.

The Accommodation:

Upstairs lounge with panoramic views of Cardigan Bay and the islands of St Tudwal.
The lounge has a stone fireplace, wooden floor, colour television, DVD and CD music stereo.

The main bedroom is also on the first floor. It contains a double bed and wardrobe, dressing table and wash basin. The room overlooks fields which are part of Penmaen Farm.

The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor. One has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes and a dressing table.

Penmaen Bach’s kitchen has a Neff Oven and Hob, microwave, automatic washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and iron. All crockery and cooking utensils are provided.

Both bathrooms are on the ground floor. The first bathroom has a bath and power shower, hand basin, toilet and is tiled throughout, whilst the second bathroom has a separate power shower and bath, toilet and hand basin.

Further amenities include, cot and high chair, pine garden furniture and BBQ. The house
is heated by storage heaters (cost is included in the tariff), however, additional electricity is by £1.00 coin meter.

Towels, duvet covers, sheets and pillowslips will be needed by guests. Linen can be provided on request at a £6.00, to include duvet cover, bed sheet and two pillow cases.

For Your Information:

	Your telephone booking will be held for 4 days.

	Please send off your booking form 1st class mail, with the deposit of £100.

	In the event of cancellation within 14 days of the booked date, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit if we are unable to re-let the property.

	Bookings made less than 4 weeks before the starting date of the holiday should be accompanied by the full payment.

	When we receive your booking form and deposit, we will send you a confirmation of booking.

	Cheques should be made payable to Owena Jones.

	It is not necessary for you to fill all the beds in the property you choose, but for self catering the price will be the same if there are only 3 people in a property sleeping 6. If you are booking two separate properties, please complete a booking form for each.
